All Playform® products are manufactured exclusively upon firm order confirmation,
Production commences only after full advance payment has been received. Delivery timelines are communicated individually based on production scheduling and order volume.

Do not submit any ideas, inventions, works of authorship, or other information that can be considered your own intellectual property that you would like to present to us unless we have first signed an agreement regarding the intellectual property or a non-disclosure agreement. Product Warranty
Playform® products are manufactured from preformed thermoplastic material (Preform TCG®) and are subject to strict quality control standards.
We provide a 24-month warranty for products stored in their original sealed packaging and protected from direct sunlight, humidity, and improper storage conditions.
The warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
- Incorrect storage conditions after delivery
- Improper or incomplete installation
- Application on unsuitable surfaces
- Failure to use recommended primers or installation materials
- Mechanical damage, misuse, vandalism or abnormal wear
- Damage resulting from failure to follow official installation instructions
The performance and durability of the product depend on proper installation and surface preparation.
The warranty is valid only if the product has been stored and installed in accordance with the official Playform® technical instructions.
